The “Heavy Machinery Operators’ Professional Skills Competition,” initiated and organized by Khan Altai Resource LLC’s People and Organizational Culture Department, was successfully held for the second consecutive year at the mine site.
Based on one of the company’s five core principles, “Developing Skills,” the competition aims to foster professional pride among operators, highlight the value of their work, encourage experience sharing, and enhance professional skills.
