As part of the international mining exhibition and conference, “Mining Week X MinePro 2024,” the National Best Heavy Machinery Operators Skills Competition, co-organized by the Mongolian National Mining Association and the Mongolian Mining Operators Association, concluded successfully.

Khan Altai Resources and Max Machinery Industry served as general sponsors for the event, which saw over 60 top heavy machinery operators from 11 companies showcase their skills across four technical categories over three days.

T. Tuvshinbayar, an excavator operator with Khan Altai Resource Company, won first place in the excavator category, while B. Lutbayar, an auto grader operator from the same company, secured second place in the auto grader category. As the first-place winner, T. Tuvshinbayar earned the right to represent Mongolia in the World Championship of Operator Skills, set to take place in London, England, in 2025.

Aligned with its human-centered policy, Khan Altai Resource Company regularly conducts professional training and competitions at its mine sites to enhance operator skills, improve safety culture, and grant professional qualifications. The company also collaborates with regional vocational education and training institutions to support these efforts.
