C. Tserenlkham started her career as a human resources manager at Mask Mining Company in 2010. She then held HR management positions in various subsidiaries of the Max Group, including Max Shil, Max Line, and Titanobel Mongolia. As of January 2024, she has been appointed as the Director of People and Culture at Khan Altai Resource Company.

She is certified as a Lead and Internal Auditor for ISO 30400, the Human Resource Management System, and is also an accredited trainer for business and human rights assessments under the United Nations Development Programme. Tserenlkham has 25 years of experience in the field of human resource management.
